Pebli Town launches with Amanda Holden

Mookie Toys and Amanda Holden hosted the official launch of Pebli Town this week, as they begin their Christmas campaign for the connected pre-school toy.
Holden, who is mother to nine-year-old Alexa and three-year-old Hollie, will figurehead a multi-channel campaign for Pebli Town across the next 12 months that will include PR, digital marketing, advertising, social media and retail support, with the launch event having taken place on the 30th of September.
Amanda introduced Pebli Town to a group of selected bloggers and press at Westfields with a demonstration and Q&A on why she truly believes in Pebli and the educational benefits it offers children. “What has impressed me most about Pebli Town is the four game modes which accommodate for all key development and educational needs a parent would want for their child. My children love the product and, it’s great to see them playing with a toy that sparks creativity, imagination and self-expression,” said the Britain’s Got Talent Judge.
Holden then went on to hosted a launch event at The Entertainer where the children got the opportunity to come and play with Pebli Town as well as getting a chance to meet Amanda.
In addition to the launch event, Amanda also had a wide array of radio and national press interviews throughout the day as she got the chance to discuss with the mass media exactly why she is supporting Pebli. “As a performer myself, I think it’s really important that children are given the opportunity to express themselves and show their creative side at play time and Pebli really offers that opportunity” admitted Holden
Mookie and Amanda have produced a spoof Pebli advert to promote the campaign, where Holden is seen struggling to remember her lines in front of three children directors who are less than happy with her performance. It’s not long before the children are forced to step in and offer a helping hand. The video is set to be seeded out to a long list of press as well as being used in pre-roll advertising.
Mookie Toys are supporting this campaign with heavyweight TV advertising, extensive social media support, online retailer materials as well as instore POS.
Pebli Town is a connected pre-school toy that uses fun traditional play pieces and a physical play board that interacts with a tablet to bring the toy to life. With four exciting interactive game modes; Story Teller, Games, Story Creator and Video Room, Pebli Town is designed to help develop children’s problem solving skills, hand eye coordination, creativity, imagination, vocabulary and much more.
